Hi, I'm Adrienne.
Before I was a coach, I spent 12 years in federal law enforcement operations, leading teams of 50 to 400 people and managing budgets up to $30 million.
Along the way I earned an MBA and logged more than 5,000 hours of peer support and crisis conversations, sitting with people on their hardest days.
When ChatGPT launched in November 2022, I started practicing with AI the way I'd practice any craft: daily. More than 5,000 hours later, I've built tools for my own business, then for my coaching clients, then for the members of my writing community.
Then other coaches started asking. They'd watch a tool I built, recognize their own bottleneck in it, and want one trained on their work.
Every build taught me the same lesson: the tools only get good when they start from the human. A generic prompt produces generic output. A tool trained on your voice, your framework, and your clients produces work you'd sign.
The parallel my whole practice rests on: 5,000 hours of sitting with humans in high-stakes conversations, and 5,000 hours of hands-on AI practice. Everything I build lives where those two meet.
