Read what your body already knows.

Get instant access to a guided 15-minute body compass reading that settles you into your body, hears your head's case, walks you through eight checkpoints on a body map, scores your yes and your no on a ten-point alignment scale, and closes with a private AI reflection that mirrors your answer back in your own words.

It's free. Drop your name and email and I'll send it right over.

If any of this sounds familiar

You've made the pros and cons list three times, and the answer keeps moving.

You ask everyone you trust what they'd do, and you feel more lost after every conversation.

You lie awake at 2am rehearsing both versions of your life.

You've overridden your gut before, and you remember what it cost you.

You can feel the answer some mornings, and you talk yourself out of it by breakfast.

You're so afraid of choosing wrong that you keep choosing nothing.

Here's what changes with the body compass in your hands

  • One sitting, one decision, and a page that holds both voices at once, so the answer stops moving every time you look at it.

  • Your reading comes from the one advisor who's been with you through every chapter: your body. The committee of other people's opinions gets the day off.

  • The 2am spiral gets a place to land. A number, a page, a clear next step.

  • You practice catching the signal early, while it's a whisper, before it has to become symptoms.

  • And the fear of choosing wrong loosens its grip, because you walk away holding evidence, and you remain the one who decides.

Introducing The Body Compass for Decision Making

A free interactive tool that walks you through one real decision, start to finish, and shows you what your body already knows about it.

Why I built this

Hi, I'm Adrienne. Before I became a coach, I spent months pretending I hadn't already decided to leave my career.

My body refused to pretend with me. Tension moved into my shoulders and stayed. I got sick, then sick again, and I treated every symptom while ignoring the message underneath.

Then one afternoon I let myself picture actually leaving, and my chest opened. I felt light and free for the first time in months. My body had been casting its vote the whole time. I was the one refusing to count it.

Learning to read those signals changed how I make every decision, and it became the practice I now use with every woman I coach.

The wisdom is already in you.

Most of us were taught to talk over it.

I built The Body Compass for Decision Making so you can take a reading tonight, on your real decision, without waiting for a session with me. It's the tool I wish someone had handed me during those sick, sleepless months.

What's inside your reading

Body Compass Reading Preview
  • The arrival. Three short cues that settle you into your body before you ask it anything. A compass needs steady ground, and most of us arrive at decisions mid-spiral.

  • The teaching. What the body compass is and why it works: your body senses eleven million bits of information per second while your conscious mind holds about forty. You'll learn to read the two signals, expansion and contraction, that your body uses to answer.

  • The guided scan. Eight checkpoints on a body map, visited one place at a time, so the vague feeling of "off" becomes specific, named, and usable.

  • The two readings. You'll picture saying yes and picture saying no, then score each one on a scale from deep misalignment to complete alignment. Most women see the spread between the numbers and go still for a moment.

  • The reflection. A built-in AI companion reads your whole page and mirrors it back using your own words. It never tells you what to choose. It shows you what you already said that you may have missed.

  • The journal prompt. One question to carry into your notebook, so the reading keeps working after you close the page.
